Starting with a technical document or user stories we will work with you to identify the key learning objectives. With these learning objectives we would create learning module outlines with established criteria for success. Once we have the criteria for success defined we can start looking towards assessment.
Once we have determined the assessment criteria we can start to build a curriculum. We are not catering to school age children, instead adults. Gone are the days when you can sit 30 people in a room with a PowerPoint slideshow and call it training. To succeed we need to do more.
